Give equal opportunity across the organisation irrespective of location, division, gender,

Review from Operations Dept

more collaboration with team members

Review from Engineering Dept

Be pro-employee means that you are prioritizing your most important asset your employees while at same time taking the proactive steps necessary to remain union free. Employers often get the union they deserve.

Review from Executive Dept

Goal setting and clear communication to team. Understanding business and project requirements in better way. Decision making.

Review from Product Dept

need to give promotions, salary hike and recognition

Review from Business Development Dept

Treat everone equally and stop retaliating

Review from Operations Dept

Leadership should improve empathy, communication, and openness to feedback. I’ve felt treated more like a resource than a person, even when unwell. Ideas to improve contracts are dismissed without real discuss

Review from Legal Dept

health sickness is applicable to all human beings

Review from Operations Dept

No contractors for life! If we want to be a technology company, there should be strict no-no to contractors. if its inevitable, maybe we can do one or two contractors. MAX! I have seen squads of contractors! They are gonna get in their own culture and will slow down the work rather than increasing

Review from IT Dept

Provide equal opportunity to everyone and stop retaliation on those giving feedback.

Review from Operations Dept

Avoid planning organisation changes repeatedly impacting employee development

Review from Operations Dept

Communications. Direct, transparent, clear, sensitive communications.

Review from Product Dept

Plan better to avoid frequent organisation changes which impact our job and growth

Review from Operations Dept

Try to incorporate inclusive trust based work culture rather than micromanaging. Try to simplify the communication process and clearly setout goals.

Review from Marketing Dept

Need to create more opportunities and they should allow any one from any location to apply for any position. Timely recognition. Meeting up of teams in the headoffice

Review from Business Development Dept

Listening to employees, and including employees when making decisions that affect teams on the ground

Review from IT Dept

Inflation is eating away the yearly hikes. Extremely limited opportunities to grow financially despite good and consistent performance, staying loyal and having more experience. Loyalty and performance are not being rewarded and recognised. No reward for good performance.

Review from Operations Dept

Respect our work and provide equal opportunity

Review from Operations Dept

Leadership team should listen to the staffs to learn about the reality. Everyone on the front line knows that there are some serious cases of internal harassment & illegal manipulation of working hours, but nothing is being done to improve because people are afraid to report it to the MD.
