What does the leadership team need to get better at?

There are occasional layoffs in Europe and North America territories. In India, inflation is not taken into account to salary benchmarking. Employees have made it loud and clear that they are unhappy with salary and rewards, sharepoint sites are created to explain rewards no meaningful results seen.
