We are paying new hires significantly more than those that have shown their loyalty to Workday over there years. While I continue to receive I praise for my performance and contributions, I continue to be well short of a a 1.0 compa-ratio, and the range seems to move faster than my merit increases.

The office culture is incredible with the amount of VIBE councils, activities, support of individual coworker's cultures (we just had a Diwali celebration!) and also the online/slack culture for those we don't see in office but still want to connect with.
