What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The leadership favors some organizations over others. I happen to work for the services organization and we largely go unappreciated for the work we do given the great amount of skill and knowledge it takes to deploy. Development and sales, among others, get all the love and investment.

In a role that does not match the position I am in. Either we need to as CSMs not have a title and mimick that of Sales and CS Leaders should not have a title and just have Director associated to them like other Sales Leaders. CSMs, CSDs and CSVPs only.
