Benefits like food at work, and flex policy, although I feel that forcing me to come to an office 50% of the time might eventually make me quit on the long run.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am not afraid someone will stand up and report me for something they interpreted as an offense. Everyone in the team has common sense and that of humour. Overall leadership did a good job putting the right team together. Dynamics are very positive!
