I genuinely love Workday, enjoy the work I do and have only positive things to say about the company overall. I'm struggling with my current management experience. The constant micromanagement and the tendency to minimize the efforts of high performers has had a significant impact on morale.

I get a chance to speak with our CEO and every time I do I say "Thank you for makimg Workday for me". Not only has this company made the right decisions to keep us relevant and top of mind for many organizations, we also use oir own software and it's brilliant.

As a newer hire coming from a top tier software company, I have been incredibly disappointed by the poor quality of the management team and the clear lack of diversity on my team. Women are being replaced by white older men. For a company operating in the HR space, we certainly do not practice HR.

I am incredibly thankful for a lot of what i have been given at workday- mostly from the people. However, we're misaligned as a company around our values and output. Our leaders do not understand what it takes to secure a customer or maintain happy customers and in fact are acting against that.

Positive - I usually enjoy my role and appreciate what the company has done for me. However, there has been a cultural shift, where micromanagement and shaming is rife and that has made things more difficult.
