As a newer hire coming from a top tier software company, I have been incredibly disappointed by the poor quality of the management team and the clear lack of diversity on my team. Women are being replaced by white older men. For a company operating in the HR space, we certainly do not practice HR.

Focus on outcomes and stop micromanaging high performers.

People outside of my department seem to truly embrace our corporate values.

When my manager is on vacation in a location where he cannot access the internet.

Management has failed to create a culture of collaboration. Our team is one of individuals.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base and total comp are aligned with market rate, but I also joined the company in the past 6 months so whether that continues to be the case remains to be seen.
