There's not a lot of mid level leadership power. Everything has to go "up the chain" before it can be enacted and that keeps things slow and unorganized.

There's a disconnect between the company's stated goals and the resources allocated to achieve them. For example, getting rid of talent and deep historical knowledge to save trivial amounts of money but at the employee's experience?

Stop pretending everything is normal and that people are our "core value" while eliminiating positions, laying off staff, outsourcing, and cutting things for employees. Just be up front with us, things are bad, Workday is struggling, our stock is floundering and we need to adjust to the marketplace.

My base pay should be equivalent to the market price across the global locations based on experience, and not only based on region wise market price. It should be on par with my counterparts across regions to have a collaborative work environment.
