What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Acknowledging and talking about issues in society that flow into our work lives even if it makes them uncomfortable. Stop pretending to care about your employees if you don't. It's less psychologically harming when you don't mislead people.

The offerings beyond health care (which is excellent) like coverage for a GLP, discounts on home refinancing, etc. They really try to improve overall quality of life.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No one addresses childcare support which is crippling people's finances, making them lose 40% of their buying power. They don't adjust your pay with inflation.

I know what other big tech companies pay, and we're below them. We don't have a special "Workday culture" to make up for it anymore either. We're just another big enterprise company.
