Competitive/above market salary. Many many many partnerships with resources or platforms that provide support not just for me as an employee but also my dependents/spouse. Workday cares not only about me as an employee, but also about my family too

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Vancouver is expensive and we are considered low tiered city which affects our salary bands. Vancouver in general needs to adjust it's cost to match with industry standards and inflation.
