I have been fortunate to work alongside some fantastic workmates and I've had the privilege to meet fellow PM's across the globe which has been so beneficial. In 43 years, I have never felt more at home than I do here at Workday, the values mean everything to me, as do my workmates and customers.

Truly showing that employees matter at this point its really all talk. Keeping their word on what they are going to do, when they're going to do it and continuously choose to be transparent. Workday is not what it used to be.

Incremental raises are very low, basically a 'cost of living' increase. Raises do not seem to be based on significant contributions. I would feel more valued if I saw my compensation progressing in the salary band, instead of hovering in the middle for years.

When I can help customers, whether that is helping them on a support case, providing best practice documentation or delivering a feature which enhances their experience. That's what makes me happy but more recently the tools provided to us which means we can do even more in a fraction of time.
