Making leadership decisions that make sound business sense, instead of decisions that ultimately end up running the company into the ground. The whole Transportation Division is being divested from the company. That’s a result of very poor leadership for the past couple decades!

Valuing employees and that they are people with families, not just a number. When 60% of the employees at a single factory are divorced or single there is a problem with the company's hr policy and it becomes obvious that employees life and personal well being are of no interest to the company.

I have no raise in sight and GE is only taking things away. Production is at a all time high and wages are at a stand still. Everything is going up but not my wages. Need about a 7 dollar an hour raise to be able to live again

Most of the newer hired employees have zero skills and for lack of a better word are young/ignorant. Most of them are also family to company people which further infuriates older employees who actually had to have 5 years of experience and pass multiple tests just to be considered.
