The atmosphere I have with my co-workers is always positive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My second shift co-workers always seem to have to pick up the slack of daylight workers. There is absolutely no accountability whatsoever on the oart of management, and it continues to happen year-in and year-out.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Making leadership decisions that make sound business sense, instead of decisions that ultimately end up running the company into the ground. The whole Transportation Division is being divested from the company. That’s a result of very poor leadership for the past couple decades!
