The leadership team is focused on transparency and is willing to confront challenges and difficult situations head-on. While leadership responses are sugar-coated (to be expected) they are not vapid or disingenuous.

1. Clear, focused strategic alignment 2. Take measures to ensure executive accountability 3. Poll employees anonymously, especially in BT, on the lack of work-life balance 4. Provide firm, consistent direction 5. Review exec staff and ensure they are fit-for-purpose. Leadership maturity is an issue.

Local office environment isn't the best for introverts or those who need to do focused work. People are very nice, but can be a little over the top in terms of outgoingness & expecting everyone to be like that.

1. Poor management behaviors, including bullying, double-speak, and continual tactical changes prevent the building of trust and respect. 2. Some coworkers will speak in a foreign language when making fun of others. 3. Leadership stating 'assume positive intent' instead of dealing with bad behaviors

Workday is flexible with it's approach to how work gets done. Employees can take time for personal commitments so long as it does not impact their performance.

1. Review leadership capabilities and PeakOn scores. Some leaders 'grew up' at Workday and are ill-suited for the corporate challenges we now face. 2. Provide a coherent BT strategy and align 3. Enforce CoC - follow up on value-violations 4. Diversity for all - not just gender or spec. ethnicities

Workday's focus has been on the customers it supports, but those customers are the companies who use Workday. Most dissatisfaction comes from end-users (employees) of Workday's customers as well as candidates applying for roles with Workday's customers. The main complaints are navigability and UI.
