What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Ever since the new CEO came, the focus is on the stock price and not the people. As additional comment, the INF automation in the private datacenters has ZERO strategy.

a meaningful payrise in April instead of 1% as was the case last year, especially given the current climate of inflation, last years salary increase is negligible at best.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The process was the nicest interview process I have ever been through, each interviewer I could tell was genuine and nice. The technical interview was somewhat relevant and wasnt meant to be there just to scare you or ween you out. Overall just a much better experience that other companies.

Each and every team is different. For internal position, there is no fair competition. In most of the jobs (specially the job to move from developer to manger), candidates are already decided. The member in interview panel already know to whom to select. It is just staged.
