The flexible work model is great compared to other companies in my opinion. It is 50% of the time in office but this is tracked over a quarter period so there is a lot of flexibility with it compared to having to come in three days a week or something.

the culture is great the employees are great and all have the right mindset about work life balance
What did you like most about the interview process?
The process was the nicest interview process I have ever been through, each interviewer I could tell was genuine and nice. The technical interview was somewhat relevant and wasnt meant to be there just to scare you or ween you out. Overall just a much better experience that other companies.
