Most seem like they like to be involved and have fun. All except my manager.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Employee engagement, communication and commitment to diversity. Since I've been here, it seems they've made a deliberate choice to keep execs and senior leaders from having to talk directly to employees, all while doing layoffs and major org changes. It's also the least diverse place I've worked.

What they say on paper versus in practice are opposite. They do not put employees first and most of what they do is performative. Many bad experiences among marginalized groups at workday, the retention is not good.

A lot of coworkers are great, but it can be very dividing between teams. And one of my workmates is rude and condescending.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Focus on communications and actually caring about the employee experience. Actual efforts beyond well-crafted messages from the leadership team. The constant org changes also don't help employees feel like they are in a stable and sane environment.
