What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most seem like they like to be involved and have fun. All except my manager.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Managers need to be more involved and take action when workmates are not creating a positive environment.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
A lot of coworkers are great, but it can be very dividing between teams. And one of my workmates is rude and condescending.
