Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More equality within Dell on how roles are scoped and assigned. I do the same job as two directors and I'm two levels down. Adding to that, Dell pays less than it's competition.

Everyone in my org has responsibility at least 1 grade above where we are. Make the salary I made 10 yrs ago at HP with more responsibility
