He has been a Non-Independent Director of Dell Inc. since May 1984. He serves as a Director of Catalyst Inc. He has been an Executive Director of Dell Technologies Inc. since October 2013. He has been a Director of Startup America Partnership, LLC since August 23, 2011. He serves as the President of The Michael and Susan Dell Foundation having co-founded in 1999 to provide philanthropic support to a variety of global causes. He is an Honorary Member of the Foundation Board of the World Economic Forum. He serves as a Member of the Technology CEO Council and is a Member of the U.S. Business Council and the Business Roundtable. He also serves as a Member of Governing Board of Indian School of Business in Hyderabad, India. He serves as a Board Member of Catalyst, Inc. In June 2014, Mr. Dell was named the United Nations foundation's first Global Advocate for Entrepreneurship.
