the people by far help make the work day so much more enjoyable
It's work from home which is nice
we work as a team
Coworkers are kind and knowledgeable
They like to pretend everything is always fine.

Management needs to be replaced.
Need big changes in leadership. Too many people in manager roles that have zero experience doing the thing they are managing, with disastrous results.
