A lot a lot a lot
they're kind friendly ad professional at the same time
The ai vision and fast pace
Trying to make the company competitve
Great innovation and quality driven leadership.
Caring about anyone except themselves!
Be transparent, communicate that the whole small business segment is being forced to digital only. Treat people with respect and dignity. Listen to your employees and people who actually care.
Effective leadership is lacking. Train your leaders to lead by example.
Empathy? That would be a great start. The leaders in MB sales say they have big ears, but I think they're deaf
being human and caring about people instead of just money

being a more proactive person
Need proper SOP, transparency, collaboration
This was hands down, the most toxic work environment I have ever worked in due to lack of transparency, accountability, and collaboration.
My co-workers need a healthy ego check. They aren't as good as they believe themselves to be

Not everyone is interested in the same things as might be socially popular.
Kindness and communication are high
It used to be a great company to work for
Everyone is so supportive. If I need any support, they don't hesitate to help me
it was flexibility, and even flexibility is being taken away
The people I work with are incredible and intelligent and caring and hard working and always looking to improve and build others up
Dell is unique at figuring out ways not to pay you on deals.
Get rid of the MA led sales and EMC product priorities that no customers want. Should've sold EMC portfolio and kept VMware, now just cutting heads and moving r&d to prop up a BAD storage led portfolio. PFlex is a dinosaur
Redo the commission structure. Hire people in coverage roles where they cover for you whike you take vacation so yiu dont have a hige pile of work to do when you get back.
Recognition needs to improve for middle management
Management to listen to staff and treat as equals
Knowledgeable team at the time i interviewed.
It was quick in turnaround
The way both the recruiter and the manager treated me, and how smooth and easy was the conversation with them.
You got to speak to different managers.

Questions that determine what motivates a person
Interviewing process is full of social nepotism. We see bad hires every day where the hiring manager knew who they wanted before interviews started even if that person interviews the worst and is the worst fit for the role.
Interview processes are not fair at all, lots of bias and favoritism instead of skill-based. Hiring managers frequently pick the least skilled candidates for a job due to favoritism and friendships. Person to hire is often chosen before interviews even begin.

Faster turnaround for applicants, a more formal screening process and make better use of technology to improve the quality of candidates.

maybe stopping the sweat shop attiitude and hire experienced workers to help train the new teams

Thousands being laid off while ELT collects fat paychecks. Dell has a people first culture on paper but in reality the stockholder comes first. Employees come in last
Already stated, moved all funds and resources to EMC centric portfolio and idiotic multi cloud aasvc apex strategy no one wants, old tech, lacks needed capabilities, while Co's are moving from $$$ cloud to on prem and MC is a joke. Need better VMware or Openshift or openstack partnerships
Low quality products and service

Need improvement in quality of managers and leadership. Too many managers with no experience in the functions that they manage, so they lack the vision to improve anything.
