My manager has never done a quality or safety check on any job since he has been in our area(southern oregon).i saw my 2nd line once in the 2 years. Called him with a major safety issue,went to voicemail and never returned call.so I went above to 3rd line who did return email.then was reprimanded.

Compared to AT&T thebenicits at century link are garbage.it is worse than obama care. No pension,weak 401k. Always trying to take more from us.

The company used to have an ESPP type program that would allow employees to purchase shares of stock with a company match; that program was eliminated.

The older ones are always talking about how great of a career it used to be working for the telephone company and how so much has changed for the worse in the last 15 yrs, to me right now it's great working for CenturyLink I hope I never have to say how the company has went down hill in 13 yrs.

company wants to lose all in house employees and replace them with cheap contracting labor.

The company seems to be more worried about the share holders then our customers and their employees

new rules daily, setting up road blocks. Jobs that used to be done in an hour now take two due to internal hold time. abrage 40 minute click to chat with a foreign outside contractors instead of what used to be a 5 minute phone call.
