What do you like best about the leadership team?
Must create knowledge base for technical matters and process for all. Some JP technical people don't share anything, so hard to manage and understand without him/her. Must move to allocate the tasks and knowledge to global team, not do only domestic people.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As for Japan, I have been received unprofessional statement and attitude internally. So it makes me feel undervalued. Please email and share about harassment globally. They will notice what harassment is.
