Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They treat employees like thieves. You steal your pay check. Nano managing employees with metrics. No trust exist.

Medical care has skyrocketed. We now pay more then we ever have for less benefits. It's frustrating.

I have been with the company 9.5years as a tech my rework is always low I even won tech of the year for 2017 and I know of other techs that have been with the company 4 years making almost exactly what I make and my wife has been with company 5years as call center rep already making way more than me

as a technician we have to be sme's on many products, with knowledge should come compensation befitting said knowledge,not so much here.

Our metrics are seriously flawed,if anything goes wrong in the customers house within 30 days of our visit it comes back as a repeat on us

Stop nano managing people. Hire real leaders. Get rid of the yes men. Give the customers what they actually want. Be less static. Get rid of middle management.
