It was quick! I interviewed 3 times - hiring manager, a panel of two employees, and my team's VP. They were all in the span of two weeks and I received an offer quickly after the final interview.

The interview questions are situational which allows people without a direct background in the job they are applying for to do well. I don't like the Gender & Race hiring quotas that the VPs are bonuses on though.

I think during the companies interview they should mention their needs and expectations out of the employee and if they don’t get those expectations even if it’s not the employees fault but the weather mishap or something occurs after the employee left the customers home
