Recently promoted to a Band 6 Manager - well rounded package with a lot to take advantage of from tuition assistance (I completed by MBA with) to a strong annual incentive target.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
if the benefits, vacation, were equal. there is no overtime. you are expected to be on time, if you are 1 second late, they reprimand you. if you are sick, you still have to show up.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Making sure its a good fit for both candidate and the team/job. HR should recommend you for another role if you don't get a job based on your "fit" Recommendations from HR in the process would be helpful. HR feels like a "system" or "barrier" and make things more difficult and is not always fair
