Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher pay and maybe more social workers

When you work really hard your taken advantage of here. When asking for a raise they told me that I had to become manager with only .25 raise. When regular employees around me received .25 raise. I made less money then newer employees coming in and I was the person to train new employees.

There is a lot of diversity. An even amount of men, women, and race. So customers who come in can always find someone they are comfortable dealing with. Many languages are spoken as well, which allows many people who don't speak English to be taken care of well. I've also become in 2 other languages
