when they doing their work

They are champs a lot of time doing and doing they also gotta take care of the team its responsibility.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

I feel that the team needs to be more supportive and less focused on little procedures, also with communication skills

People on the team are nice but afraid of upsetting the general manager.

It needs to have more communication

Managers don't show up if they do they just gossip with other crew and get angry that the crew they don't like isn't cleaning up after them.

Need an entirely new leadership

Being nicer to everyone and being more mature as adults

The leadership team needs to improve within their overall professional expectations. It feels as if they are not capable of the responsibility that is held over them. I do not mean to undermine their expertise. Although, I value the overall aspects of leadership, I have not seen this be practiced.

Respecting ALL staff and not just the staff theyre friends with or like

The leadership team needs to actually know how to lead. They need to know how to set the right atmosphere to build up crew morale.

The leadership team? I was unsure that we even had leaders at that restarunt. Its so unmanaged that my friends family came inside and said that it was atrocious. Luckily, I wasn't working that day, because who'd want to be associated with that.

They need to get better at training employees and properly hiring them

Leading better, all of them favor others and need to apply by rules not over doing unnecessary things wasting money!

Changing management. The lady in charge Eva is manipulative and abusive to all staff they have no benefits or schedule set it's what she wants

Esme is a very good manager, she handles situations well, as well as Raquel, Gil, and Ana. Lucy Laura and Karol don't treat us with very much respect.
