What are some of the best things about your team?
they doing their job ask them wht you want to order
I can say majority of them work
Its sharing duties and being able to rely on someone.
the team are nice and fun, while also being effective and the crew trainers are skilled and knowledgable with what they do
They listen to my complaints and try to help the best they can with what they have. They have also advocated for me on several occasions. They are beyond nice, except maybe one or two bad apples. The cooperation is one of the best I've ever seen in a job.
Most of my team are helpful and always making sure we're not struggling and that we walk away with a smile on our face and something new that we've learned
I have friends on my team which makes it better, but if we talk the managers will get mad most of the time

They need to do their jobs, iv clean night crews jobs every day and when I'm doing my job getting corrective even though I'm doing my nessary which always are good.
No meetings ever the management is in control of everything only the benefits.
I think they need to improve the way they work, they do not work dogether as a teem and they usually slow

They need to start by not judging people they don't like because it's a small town. It's purposely made a toxic environment to make people leave.
