What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Flexibility, they're very flexible with helping you obtain someone to cover your shift when you have an emergency and can't come in

most likely the exectutives and also supporting any culture

Some of the people are nice

Managers encourage positivity and cooperation. They also tend to ask you what position would work best for you on your shift to make sure you can work fast and comfortably.

The team members I work always are willing to lend a helping hand and they are respectful and friendly

The positive thing is the free food that you get to eat.

Some coworkers being friendly, thats it

need to really clean an fix the hoses way oil dont leak all over the floor , we need to wear gloves when sending food out an putting fries in there cups . no head phones should be allowed , they need every one wearing black nonslip shoes , being on cell phones isnt ok while on the floor.
