What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The company continually downsizes its workforce, so my coworkers have slowly (but surely) left the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company used to have an ESPP type program that would allow employees to purchase shares of stock with a company match; that program was eliminated.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I'm not sure it can be improved to be honest. I've been here for awhile, and have tried to make things better (and have hoped they would be), but nothing good happens.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is "0" (yes zero), accountability. There are some workers that get away with doing absolutely nothing and it's overlooked every single time. The company also has a way of putting the wrong people in the wrong places (think under/not qualified candidates) and it makes things difficult.
