It has gotten pretty bad over the past 6 months. Only management that cares is locally.

It's hard to get promoted within the company. It is easier to leave and hire back in the desired position rather than be promoted.

If you are not in the “it” group with the manager, you are treated very different. I was set completely away from everyone else and had no one around me from my group. I was isolated and treated as if I were different the entire time I was in that department. Bad culture

I went 12 weeks without my manager saying one single word to me, but he engaged with everyone else routinely. Guess that when you are sat completely isolated from your group that sends a message to the team.

Pay attention to how Verizon in New York is working with their union to keep its workforce. (Since the 2016 strike, relations have improved.) The current management is only out for themselves.
