What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Pay closer attention to lower managers and supervisors. They play games and play favorites.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Learn to accept people who are hired from the outside. We are people who have feelings and should be treated with respect just as they want to be treated with respect.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I went 12 weeks without my manager saying one single word to me, but he engaged with everyone else routinely. Guess that when you are sat completely isolated from your group that sends a message to the team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If you are not in the “it” group with the manager, you are treated very different. I was set completely away from everyone else and had no one around me from my group. I was isolated and treated as if I were different the entire time I was in that department. Bad culture
