They need to hire/promote actual QUALIFIED people-don't just rely on a college degree. They still promote on favoritism-not actual job knowledge.

My pension will NEVER go up. The former union has no power anymore to negotiate cost of living raises.

Company hates union workers, they are not willing to pay for experience they would rather outsource our jobs! Terrible company to work for
