We care about all customers and each other
my coworkers and I work to keep our customers happy, utilizing what few resources we now have. we make every effort to back each other up

There are still a few real professionals left but they spen all their time fighting fires. It is a family feeling from the long tenures together

The front line workers show up every day and try their best despite the systems and lack of processes that make providing service near impossible. I am a VP, the problems are at my level and above, not below.

Work and earn their paycheck
No one cooperates, a few carry the whole team
Started with 17 techs. When I left only 2 techs left.
Training is needed to level the field.
