When I interviewed years ago it was a professional process. Now they just drag inexperienced personnel off the street.

I was told there were lots of opportunity
I was promoted 18 years ago. The interview was over the phone.
Stop using PearsonVue to interview anyone for any position. Computers don't hire people. People hire people.
Review from Operations Dept
I interview with Northwestern Bell. This question is irrelevant.
Improve the response time between stages. If an employee applies and is a good match and or will be interviewed, don't wait 2 to 3 weeks before reaching out to them. The job market is not only competitive, but it also looks bad on the company.
Review from Sales Dept
The old manager who interviewed me was extremely disorganized. Since I started working there, they insisted my job title was something completely different from the title on my contract and the job I was offered. They were not honest about the scope of the role at all.
Get ride of woke culture
They haven't hired in years so
Get rid of hirevue and having to have diversity and gender represented on the hiring board.
Have people that DO the job be part of the interview. Actually ask questions that RELATE to the job. Stop demanding degrees and certifications that have NOTHING to do with the actual work and find out if the person you're interviewing can do what's actually needed without setting everything on fire!
Stubborn website help very frustrate
Where do you start . Whole company needs a reboot
Examples of centurylinks monroe employees
Maybe some actual interviews instead of stupid tests
Don't bother nobody wants to work for this company
being allowed to have a free conversation with the interviewer to truly get to know the candidate; versus generic questions that are not a true measure of the capabilities of the interviewee
Review from Operations Dept
Actually test for skills to do the job they are being hired for
Review from Finance Dept
too many interviews in the process
