What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical and health includes a children option for dental now.

The medical and indepth information that was in the packet. It gave me many choices which I did not know existed. The pay is in the realm of what I asked for and as stated the medical benefits suit me perfectly. I also love how easy it is to switch benefits if needed.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work from home so pretty great.

Mostly remote so the culture is what I make it. There is a sense of enoyment in the online calls as especially when work is getting done.

4 stages 3 different types. Technical, people focused and high level personnel interview. Tested my skill set, people skills and thinking process.
