Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?New Signature claims that they offer equal compensation and opportunities to all employees. As a young woman, I often feel discriminated against when it comes to discussing compensation expectations. Management becomes uncomfortable dare I say hostile whenever you bring up the topic of compensation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Payscale is not a good tool for determining compensation. Younger workers are underpaid regardless of their actual job duties.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Some coworkers are fantastic to work with, however some folks are very difficult to work with. There is a major problem with inappropriate gossiping in the workplace, and a lack of accountability. Unfortunately folks that are trying to be a positive influence are often overpowered by the bad apples.
