What do you like best about the leadership team?
I lead many science teams.Was the resident trouble shooter, and they fully trusted me.I taught in the P&G college and was a peer leader.I LOVED my job and couldn't wait to come to work, often staying over for an extra hour or 2.I still dream of being at work. Traveled worldwide for the company.

What I like best about P&G and the leadership team there is the closeness that I feel to all of my co-workers. I feel that the company culture there is one that forms a family out of your co-workers, and one that I enjoy very much.

Each person has ownership at all levels

The best thing about the team is again the closeness that I feel to all of them. This is not only highlighted in our personal relationships but our professional ones as well. If i need a certain job done by a co-woker of mine, I know that the job will gte done in a concise manner.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is just one of such a close knit community at P&G. I feel completely at ease with all of my co-workers and bosses alike.

What did you like most about the interview process?
What I liked most about the interview process was how straightforward the interview was. I did not feel like I was being tricked by any of the questions, instead I felt that if I answered honestly my best self was able to be shown.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company needs to develop a five-year strategic plan and execute on that plan instead of constantly changing based off of incomplete information. I have worked tirelessly to develop a strategic plan for my department and we have executed well unfortunately upper management will not buy in.
