What does the leadership team need to get better at?
When I think of leadership I think of executives not management. There is no more transparency regarding what's happening in the company. The lower tiered workers are being left in the dark to just deal with whatever choices are made.

Adopt and implement a software development methodology. Some of the teams use Agile/Scrum, but there is no organizational support. Respect the teams. Instead of putting a developer on a special project, consciously change an entire team's priority. This makes priorities clear and keeps teams intact.

From conversations I've had with my peers, I have gathered that I'm paid considerably less than some of my peers despite being equally productive. I would like there to be a clear pay scale to better understand the justification for any discrepancies.

The insurance took a huge hit after the merge while we are being told that it's supposedly amazing while it covers less and costs more. The executive team has not shown any initiative to ensure that employees are continued to be paid for their efforts with the rising cost of living.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The rating for prev question were based on 1 guy. Other team mates are good. One co-worker with like 8,9 experience in coding have coding skills of a fresher. The interview process should have been better and he shouldn't have been hired. He can't even understand if else after 30 mins of explanation

I love interviewing. We often have great internal opportunities and it is excellent to show what you are interested in and get to know people even better. My company always strives to provide feedback as well which can be extremely helpful.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Over the past 2 years the voice of the employees doesn't feel like it holds any weight. The continuous criticisms are brushed away or avoided altogether instead of being addressed. The culture has shifted and the enjoyment of working for this company continues to dwindle.
