Just need to stop being so snarky all of the time.

The majority of coworkers also feel burnt out and spread thin, so any interaction in the department feels exhausting and like extra work. Morale is in the negative and collaborating or communicating would feel a lot better if work conditions improved.

The rating for prev question were based on 1 guy. Other team mates are good. One co-worker with like 8,9 experience in coding have coding skills of a fresher. The interview process should have been better and he shouldn't have been hired. He can't even understand if else after 30 mins of explanation

I think this company needs to do an assessment test before hiring people that can barely put a sentence together or who cannot even pronounce Illinois.

The tech team has no actual quality control by qualified software developers and has so much to clean up, they are never of any actual use to the rest of us. It takes months to solve simple problems such as creating error handlers where they failed to account for errors before.

This was tough to answer because many I do enjoy, but there are also many who I feel lack compassion and need to learn to speak as if they would want to be spoken to.

COMMUNICATION BETWEEN DEPARTMENTS WHEN THINGS BREAK THAT ARE CLIENT FACING. Now that we have Chat, it makes it harder. Emails would be better. Responses on tickets to be more appropriate. Instead of asking questions and referencing old tickets, just provide the answer.
