How do I do well in an interview at Verisys Corporation?
Be you. We don't want clones. We need people who think differently to solve problems that aren't even problems yet.
Professional, honest, and acknowledge your faults. We all have them. We are a fail fast organization and we have a culture for safe failure. It helps us understand how you fail and change.
Read up on the company an have a passion for helping others. Big data and medical are two significant areas to work in, and Verisys is in both. Credentialing is like a background check x10. Don't let the compliance and or regulations scare you off.
How long do the interviews usually take at Verisys Corporation?

The phone interview was about an hour, but I asked a lot of questions. The face to face interview was about 45 minutes. It was more like a conversation than an interview grilling.

What's the work from home policy like at Verisys Corporation?
We can work from home, so long as productivity doesn't decrease.
Working from home is highly frowned upon in departments where it's "allowed". Most departments do not allow this at all.
The work from home policy is actually pretty great. I telecommute 1 to 2 days per week depending on what is happening in the office. In the Marketing Dept, though, we have found that it is important to have face time in the office as well to be in the know about things happening day-to-day in the office so we can communicate it to the whole organization.
What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining Verisys Corporation?
Wish I would have known what the future of the company was. Way more exciting than I even thought when I started.
The company moves really fast.
Not sure how to answer this, I feel my job was well defined. The benefits (which are fantastic) were well defined. And I was able to review the products and the history online.
How's the morale at Verisys Corporation?
Busy at the end of the year but overall, people are happy and passionate about changing health care.
Overall morale is really great. The goals and values of the company are strong and employees are appreciated.
Good in most departments - Excellent in others! For the most part, people here love what they do and know in the end we help others make better-informed decisions about health care.

We have leveling for team members, but also, we measure our throughput, and quality on a daily and monthly basis and track it over time.
We have KPIs around growth, efficiency, utilization and new customers, as well as cost and delivery quality metrics. We also track growth of our employees in career pathing.

The folks at Verisys are friendly and easy to speak with. They ask situational questions looking for your experience and how it would fit in with the position you are applying for. They want to know how you will handle things and how you think things through.

Dress up but not a fully suit. We are looking to understand your mind, problem solving and energy more than what you're wearing.
Verisys is like any other tech company, shorts and tees are worn, but you should dress up. No ties needed or skirts - just nice business attire.

Work schedule flexibility was heavily dependent on who your manager was and which team you worked on. Some teams were rather strict when it came to hours and time off, others were more flexible as long as you worked your 8 hours.
