Review from HR Dept
Leadership strives for the best quality while ensuring deadlines are met.
Review from Operations Dept
What I like best about my Leadership team is that they not only lead, they get into the work in order to meet deadlines. They are communicative with what is going on with the business both good and things that didn't go well. They provide positive feedback as well as instill the values they request.
Review from Operations Dept

Review from Operations Dept
They make the tough decisions with compassion.
Review from Operations Dept
They know the industry and are navigating through some difficult times with some big wins and positive results as time goes on.
Review from Operations Dept
They recognize how hard the teams work in meetings, reviews, and show gratitude. They follow up and stay engaged without micromanaging.
Review from Customer Success Dept
I think the team cares about the organizaiton and individuals. I think they are committed to the success of the org.
Review from Marketing Dept
Sharing of information with employees
Review from Finance Dept
They are always looking for ways to improve our processes for not only more streamlined processes, but overall for our clients benefit.
Review from Product Dept
The leadership team should focus on improving workforce planning and resource management. Constant shifts between layoffs and forced overtime create instability, and burnout. Replacing employees when they leave and addressing turnover caused by poor management would create a healthier environment.
Review from Operations Dept
Following what the people tell them and letting them be in on some of the descisions since we do the work. Things are not done near as efficient as they can be but we are shunned consistently when we tell them how to make things better. Everyone seems to be afraid of their boss and their boss etc.
Review from Operations Dept
Understanding pain points of employees, communication, follow-through, planning, consistency, responsibility, reliability, etc.
Review from Customer Support Dept
For the work that needs to be done and the skills required the pay is far below average, especially for the place of living.
Review from Product Dept
FAIRNESS. THEY ARE SALARY EMPLOYEES THUS CHANGE AND "COMPANY NEEDS' DO NOT EFFECT THEIR PAY. MOVING EMPLOYEES AROUND AND LOSING MONEY IN BONUSES IS NOT ONLY NOT FAIR BUT ALSO SPEAKS VOLUMES OF THE VALUE OF THE EMPLOYEE
Review from Operations Dept
Better pay. Better programs to use. Bring the company up to current technology practices.
Review from Operations Dept
Listening to "front-line" employees about what they observe and be willing to INVEST time and money into finding solutions to problems instead of creating new products that encounter the same problems, which overall, costs more in both time and money in the end
Review from Customer Support Dept
Very low pay and just doesn't care about the well being of their employees. Only favorites get promoted.
Review from Operations Dept
Every single aspect of the leadership team needs improvement. I have never been so disappointed in the lack of leadership skills that this team demonstrates.
Review from Product Dept
We have many new initiatives but they never progress beyond ideas. Then a new round of ideas is presented.
Review from HR Dept
Its easy to lose motivation when they don't want to reward us with better raises or bonuses and they still have high expectations for high numbers and quality, it make us feel unappreciated. There should be a balance between high expectations and fair pay.
Review from Operations Dept
Communication. Not just making sure employees are in the loop, but leadership has poor communication skills overall. Please go take some seminars on how to effectively communicate with employees when giving good and bad news.
Review from Product Dept
They need to work harder for raises for employees
Review from Product Dept
The compensation is very poor for the work we do
Review from Operations Dept
Caring for employees as individuals. Pay us what we are worth
Review from Operations Dept
Since the merger (really acquisition) the company has been much more focused on putting money in the investors pockets rather than actually caring about employees and the quality of job done.
Review from Product Dept
The executive team has constantly berated and belittled us at every town hall for asking for cost of living adjustments, We can't even afford to use the healthcare benefits they always deflect with!!! We can't even afford rent! We are never listened to and brushed off every time with non answers.
Review from Operations Dept
Be kind and respectful. Consistent roadmaps. Realistic timelines. Trust the experts that understand the process vs starting from scratch when they don't understand. Stop zig zagging with decisions. Do what you say you are going to do. Stop over promising resources and not delivering.
Review from Operations Dept
The pay here is abysmal but the leadership actively seeks to avoid raises as a solution to retain employees. The bottom line is wages are actually so low here most employees will be forced to move on to other companies that are willing to keep up with the times.
Review from Product Dept
Communication; support; consistency with answers rather than going back and forth; knowing what they want before they go live with any new announcements; actually investing in employees (improving benefits, paying a living a wage, fully realized training that leaves workers feeling supported).
