Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Health care competitive with smaller contracting companies not with our corporate sized peers. Why a huge company with a huge pool can't negotiate rates better than a small company with a smaller pool is beyond me.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They are slashing benefits and took away email forwarding to customer sites. So I feel disconnected and like they are not interested in having me as an employee.
