What did you like most about the interview process?
i dont like anything about the interview process
It was very informal and relaxing. They didn't drill in questions but had an open discussion about skills I held along with expectations of the job and what I wanted to achieve and gain from working there. It was positive all around and they were open and responsive with all communication.

I was approached by SAIC to work for them upon their learning of my upcoming retirement from my now former long term employer. I negotiated by rate and they agreed with little hassle.
It allowed me to meet the team and interact to see if I would fit in.
The managers answered every question I had and provided a brief background as well as a great deal of insight.

Don't hold interviews for positions you have already filled.
Get a cup of water before the interrogation.
