Communication and knowing the rules. I've been lied to about tenure retention and multiple other perks but the leadership doesn't care.
Although site supervisors do what they can and are usually for the employee the company ties their hands and doesn't allow them to reward employees who do their job.

Too many meetings, too much talking, there needs to be more time in planning and meeting should be used to discuss blockers and develop strategies when needed. Every meeting cannot be a strategy meeting. There should be a better shared recipe for scaling initiatives across the enterprise.

The employees are very good
i dont like anything about the interview process
It was very informal and relaxing. They didn't drill in questions but had an open discussion about skills I held along with expectations of the job and what I wanted to achieve and gain from working there. It was positive all around and they were open and responsive with all communication.
