Caring, supportive, not just numbers
our boss in our building will go out of her way to help us.
They are approchable and and competant

Leadership, management, decision making, planing
I reached out to HR and they wouldn't even get back to me. Leadership needs to respond to their employees.

Communication and knowing the rules. I've been lied to about tenure retention and multiple other perks but the leadership doesn't care.
Although site supervisors do what they can and are usually for the employee the company ties their hands and doesn't allow them to reward employees who do their job.

Put in a leadership team that values people and team work.
Poor amount of PTO is my main benefit complaint
I think my compensation is somewhat average

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They play golf together. I just work hard. One is a big guy that often tries to bully and is lazy. Because he plays golf with the boss he gets the raises.

Too many meetings, too much talking, there needs to be more time in planning and meeting should be used to discuss blockers and develop strategies when needed. Every meeting cannot be a strategy meeting. There should be a better shared recipe for scaling initiatives across the enterprise.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the co pays me well
Its a culture of praising one another and supporting each other in learning and knowledge transfer. I've learned a lot on this job.

I work in the customer's setting and not with SAIC personnel. My current scenario is very pleasant and mentally challenging

What did you like most about the interview process?
i dont like anything about the interview process
It was very informal and relaxing. They didn't drill in questions but had an open discussion about skills I held along with expectations of the job and what I wanted to achieve and gain from working there. It was positive all around and they were open and responsive with all communication.

I am pretty bored at work the majority of the time as there is often not a lot to do.
