Better bonuses and base salaries

Hulu totes "competitive compensation" but that's only the case if you're a director or above. Internal transfers are severely underpaid in comparison to external hires (who, in general, are very middle of the road in performance).

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers are the primary reason I want to go to work in the morning. Middle management is horribly under-trained, and people often get promoted to managers when they should be promoted along an IC track. 80% of managers have no skills, or don't have a passion for people management.

Environment is perfect work/life balance.

More individual and team empowerment, establish greater trust between teams, more transparency about "the plan" and career potential of individuals.

Too many product managers has led to a fragmented strategic roadmap with unclear and competing priorities.
