What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about the culture and the company are the corporate values (Human, Authentic, Innovative, Generous). If New Signature actually lived by these values, it may be a great place to work. Sadly - very few people actually adhere to these values.

It is largely remote/wfh with some travel to customer location required. Not having a daily commute is extremely compelling

People are generally trying to move things forward instead of trying to talk about why things are stalled or not going well.
They put stock and trust in one another. Feels good to do your job and have a network of support rather than micromanagement.

There is a sense of continued growth and improvement and that the firm is headed in the right direction with equal opportunity for anyone to move up based on merit and effort. Not overly aggressive but also not meek. Strikes a fine balance between ambition and effective determination.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop seeing employees as a business expense and invest in them a little more. We get free exam vouchers but no real training, just a onenote
