Biases of past prevails and likewise the preferences for key positions. They need to maintain transparency and openness in communication. Willingness to listen is another important aspect which is clearly missing.It has become an organization where sr leaders are closed to a view point

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work hard, over and beyond most times. Even my clients see this but to get promotions i have to jump through hoops [additional training, external certificates, etc.] just to qualify and that still does not mean i will see any change

Deputee's are grossly underpaid vs base employees. Simple thing like 401K is discriminatory when it comes to deputees vs the base employees.

It cannot be improved as company senior leaders aim at money gain and maintaining their power and not on creating a good environment. BEcause according to them, any one can do work/development/testing etc. Monitoring everyone is important as per them.
