What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Pathetic management within project as well as account. Employees are not machines is what is never understood.

A technical test can be followed by interesting discussions rather than trying to break down the interviewee.

EVery one is pulling each other's legs as that's how people survive here, by stepping on each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Whatever you get at the time of HR discussion is final and will last really long, no or really small increments.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Employees must be treated as humans and focus should be on delivering best quality work rather than showing off that we are agile or something else. Implementations are important and not showing off.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It cannot be improved as company senior leaders aim at money gain and maintaining their power and not on creating a good environment. BEcause according to them, any one can do work/development/testing etc. Monitoring everyone is important as per them.
