What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Our CEO told us that he is going to reward those that work around the clock the most. The issue is that he does not care that people have personal lives and does not care if people get burnt out. If people work around the clock, then there is a problem and we need to hire more.

Stop seeing employees as numbers and start seeing them as individuals. Full time doesn't mean we work 24/7. We need better work/life balance.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health care plan, bonus and good salary

Base pay is good but no 401k, stocks have no value

Only paid about 2/3 of industry standard. We need to be paid fairly, but our CEO is refusing to do so.

Existing technical resources are underpaid and the company continues to overpay for new technical resources.

I am not paid competitively. I make a lot less than others in the industry with my skills and experience in the same role. Also, no company 401K matching. We switch insurance companies every year, and this year's is terrible. I'm paying more out of pocket.

pretty much everybody was involved in the interview process which gave an overview for me about the company as a whole

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We keep bringing on clients but we are understaffed. It takes too long to hire. I hear that people reject offers of employment here because they ask for too much money, which I think they're actually just asking to be paid at industry standard. Stop undervaluing your employees.
